Power Ride Juniors Program

As part of our vision is to advocate a healthy lifestyle, we believe we need to start with our youngest members of the community.

We have designed a Junior Athlete Development Program geared to children ages 8 to 16 years old. We’ve scouted one of the most knowledgeable coaches in this department to lead the program. It is important to be able to know how to handle younger minds and keep them engaged in the session as long as possible.

The Juniors Program is designed to give your children :

  • Foundation skills for Cycling, Running and Swimming
  • Nurture an active, healthy lifestyle
  • Injury prevention skills
